Bronze Preparation & Aftercare

At Bellevue Bronze we are committed to creating and delivering a flawless custom glow, however the preparation and after care work is an important step in the process.  Please read and follow the instructions below

— Please shower, shave, and exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment. It is important to remove all dead skills so that the solution can be hand applied smoothly and evenly.

1→2 Days before: Please schedule wax and manicure/pedicure services prior to your session.
— Ensure your skin is free from applied products like deodorants, makeup, lotion, or moisturizers.
— Wear dark and loose fitting clothing to your session.
— Dress to your comfort level at your session.  If you are planning to wear a bathing suit or undergarments during your spray session, don't forget to bring it along. The sunless solution contains a bronzer that easily washes out of cotton fabrics, but we suggest you avoid wearing your favorite bathing suit, light-colored lingerie, or anything made with silk, wool, spandex, lycra, and nylon.

— Depending on the services you've selected, your Bellevue Bronze team member will advise on an appropriate timeline to shower.  Please adhere to this as closely as possible as this is based on your desired glow.
— Be sure to steer clear of any water/moisture/condensation until the timeframe that you are advised to shower.
— No showers, no workouts, no lotions or liquid foundations on your skin.
— Please avoid the following within the first few hours of your tan application as they can result in spotting or streaking: dishwashing, hand-washing, raindrops, and even tears.
— When showering for the first time after your session, rinse only.  Do not use soaps, shampoos, etc. You may notice the water turning brown - don't worry, your tan is not washing off, that is the cosmetic bronzer from the solution!
— Moisturize and hydrate! The best way to maintain your glow is to apply moisturizer regularly throughout the day and drink lots of water.

Note: Our solution develops on the outermost layer of your skin. Results may vary based on your lifestyle, habits, daily skin routine, and skin type.
